Overdraft Lines of Credit
The Line of Credit is an unsecured line of credit used as overdraft protection for your Checking Account. The interest rate is a floating rate based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate.
Residential Mortgage Loans:
We work with national lenders to provide very competitive rates and terms right in one of our convenient branches.
Home Equity Term Loans
The Home Equity Term Loan uses the available equity in your home. The rate and payment are fixed for the term of the loan.
Home Equity Lines of Credit
The Home Equity Line of Credit is a variable rate loan using the available equity in your home. The funds can be used as needed up to your credit limit. This is a variable rate loan based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate.
New Century Bank, doing business as Customers 1st Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2013, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules. Minimum FDIC coverage of $250,000.00.
